Dan Goldman was the Intellectual Property Legal Architect for LegalZoom. He was an active member of the California State Bar since graduating from the University of Michigan Law School with honors in 2002. He was admitted to practice in the State of California and in the Ninth and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals. Prior to joining LegalZoom, Dan practiced at Irell & Manella and Russ August & Kabat, representing major universities, museums and hip-hop moguls, among others. He was also a painter.
