You can have your documents and packages shipped directly to your choice of address for an additional charge or store mail items free for 30 days and packages free for 10 days. After that, additional physical mail storage fees will automatically apply. You may also shred mail that you don't wish to have shipped or stored. How do online check deposits work?

With our check deposit service, we scan and deposit any checks you receive in the mail by mailing your checks to your bank (additional fees apply). You can set up your bank account(s) in your account settings and enable automated check depositing for more efficient processing. We do that and manage your mail at the same time.

Is virtual mail safe?

We are authorized by the United States Postal Service to receive and store mail items and documents in our facilities, and our technicians are screened and trained to ensure the privacy of your personal information.
